A Plug Pressing Machine is a device that enables the production of caps and other packaging materials. It is a combination of a bottle feeding unit with a rotating SS Slat Conveyor and a pneumatic pressing device. The infeed conveyor belt rotates continuously while the pressing belt presses the inner plug onto the bottle. The press belt is equipped with cushioning mechanisms and height adjustments for optimum plug positioning.
